Itrans is a pre-processor, converts English-encoded text into various Indian Language scripts for printing or for display.So here is a lisp program which act as plugin for emacs and uses gv ps viewer to view ps output of text.More details here.Here is demo of convertin english text(acc to itrans syntax) to hindi.Also you will need itrans package for this to run.
